Tech support @ Autel is questionable I have a AUTO KEY replacement side Business and I bought several Tools had then registered and updated after 2hrs of instruction a Tech Support AGENT in the IMOBILIZER DEPT told me I can only relearn a new KEY FOB not used… All tools need a SUPPORT DEPT that AGENTS who are experienced in the use of the TOOL THEY SUPPORT!!!…Bad reviews hurt Companies with COMPANY AGENTS that lack KNOWEDGE!!
