  1. Jeh Johnson said, "We expanded our detention capabilities."

The next time someone asks, "Who built the cages, Joe?", the correct answer is Jeh Johnson.

  2. I would vote for for Jeh for president. “If you want to govern, you have to utilize politics, and if you want to utilize politics, you have to be prepared to embrace compromise.”

  3. It is amazing – this guy just stated the foundation of immigration – treat people already here humanely – give them a path to citizenship – BUT we need secure borders. And this is where I am at too. We need to treat people humanely – but we cannot let anyone come in without the proper checks – we need legal immigration. Every country has a right to a secure border and to control who enters their country… BUT we also need to recognize that there are desperate people in the world. So how to strike a balance? Firstly we need to secure the borders – we need to have a humane system for processing people. And we need to close loopholes that encourage people to come. If you hear that if you come with a child – you get in – then you need to change the laws so this is not an automatic entry ticket. BUT we should be detaining families together – mother and children and fathers. I think if you separate a father from his wife and child, it is inhumane too… but having the child should not be an automatic ticket to entry. The criteria for entry should be debated by congress and decided by congress.

  4. Jeh Johnson, also known as the guy who's famous on social media for the picture of him in an illegals detention center with the "kids in cages" dumb liberals like AOC always moan about yet blame Trump for. Every time AOC says something stupid about ICE or detention centers, look in her twitter feed, you'll see the picture of Jeh posted by a conservative, because people are sick of leftist hypocrisy. Liberals always blame conservatives for something they did themselves, without a peep of outrage from leftist media, democratic politicians, or radical journalists.

  5. I’ll bet that those “foreign investments” were going straight to the govt leaders with kickbacks to Obama and Clinton..and maybe this guy.
The “uni-dimensional” tack towards immigration is to, first, get control over the border then work on those ILLEGAL aliens here already.

  6. That's a strange gun held to my head – I won't slam into your garage door, if you just let me hook up to your outdoor power outlet. Why shouldn't the border "just be secure"? Why do I have to reward illegal activity to get it?

  7. "Nixon goes to China moment"??? This fcked up our economy and jobs!!! This deal made China into a superpower while crippling us! I'm so disappointed with Obama and his team.. They need to step aside and stfu.. Bunch of failures and puppets of the elites.

who truly needs to learn from our previous mistakes again?? Invest in your own fcking country!

  8. Johnson, who is a Muslim himself, claims that Trump and "many people" want to "vilify" the Muslim community (29 minutes-31 minutes). While there are doubtless MANY law abiding, peaceful Muslims, let's take a stroll down history and think about some notable Muslims, okay? Mohammad, who had many concubines, was a warrior who killed and pledged to kill infidels. That means anyone who is NOT Muslim. How about Louis Farrakhan, leader of the Nation of Islam? Kind of a warm, fuzzy gentleman, wouldn't you say? Hmm. Well, what connection do those who participated in 9/11, committing the biggest terrorist event on our soil, EVER, have with, say…Osama bin Laden or Mr. Bagdadi, a known terrorist and ISIS leader, rapist and murderer? The same as the Ft. Hood shooter, right? That's right….they were ALL Jews and Christians. Cough, cough

  9. And when people feel like they have no hope, no other choice, they will do anything in their power to make sure their families are safe and have the best lives they can. Including, going to a country illegally and trying to make their children’s lives better than they would be in the country where they could become victims of all kinds crime ridden things we probably won’t understand, unless we grew up in their villages, towns or city’s. Relationships between the governments and sending funding to other countries is the key to keeping immigration numbers down.

  10. Congressional Progressive Caucus – Seats in House Democratic Caucus: ‎95 / 235
Tea Party Caucus – Seats in House Republican Caucus 23 / 199
If we stop fighting each other, we can get this done.
