Course they are. Don't see a shark venturing on land to people watch but yet there are always people jumping in to nosey in their habitat. I swear some of the sharks just get major pissed at this and attack as oppose to mistaking people for food/just being curious. Well wouldn't you be upset with a neighbour who's a persistent curtain twitcher? Watching you engage in private/intimate activities? Course you would.
