After getting a shipment of broiler chicks and going to the scrapyard, it’s time to put the Farmall 856 to work clipping a pasture!

Doctor calls a patient and says I’ve got some bad news and some really bad news. What do you want first patient says give me bad news first. Dr. says you only have one week to live. Patient says what could be worst than that. Dr. says I meant to tell you last week.
I remember when I was in elementary school, the 856 was the latest thing in tractors. Now I'm an antique! Just wish I could get an engine overhaul, rebuilt transmission, and a new paint job.🙃

I love watching your restorations 😀👍
thx
Love the drone shots ! Have a great evening!
hey Pete Merry Christmas to you and your family, where you been man I'm jonesing here, Lol have a great holiday
I have a lot of hours on a 856 and the super C at the beginning but I really think the 856 is a little overkill for a haybine we used to pull that with a 620 JD half the horse power
Love and enjoy your videos. Nice views from the drone. Is that a 4 cylinder, or 6 cylinder? Great sounding tractor. Why did you decide to use the haybine instead of the sickle mower? Somebody put truck tires on the front.
Rewatched this 856 video. My dad bought a new 1256 when I was in my late teens. Loved that tractor. Like this 856, but ya gotta put tractor tires on the front, no?
How do you keep your shirts so clean? Or am i noticing you never where the same shirt twice?
Open Mike night is still your best one so far!
Pete and Hillary you both are such an inspiration ❤you have helped encouraged so many who only dream to get back to this way of life. If I could send you a thank you card I would. Here’s to many more. 🎉
Pete, if you ever buy another tractor I’d love to see you get a 66 series!
What did you do, if the chicken pick the feathers of the other chicken?
Did i see the M&W turbo gauge on that 856?

Well said viewer ! It isss a very good day when Pete posts .love his jokes !
The seller of the 856 could not be happier to sell it to someone that truely appreciates it.
The "You're going to be getting a new dog soon" is by far the funniest joke I've heard in years. Love it.

That 856 certainly sounds strong and healthy!! When said you were going to buy the tractor, I couldn't wait till you brought it home to watch the video. Keep up the great videos Pete!
My how well you have charmed those two piggies into trusting you. Thank you for another educational, and entertaining video as always Pete!
Shed looks good.
Hi from Southwest Iowa/Northwest Missouri farmer. Good video I like to watch you fixing up those old tractors I am a Deere guy but my family started out in late 20’s -1970’s on red machinery. I like about all the older tractors. They all had their own features and looks now they all look a like. Take care Pete and Hillary
You should take the loader off the 504 and use it for raking hay. Plus we would all like to see the 504 worked again.
Did I see a Farmall B or BN in the upper barn????? Love BN ! Be great to get a run down on all your tractors!
