The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating endangered missing person David Martinez. David was last seen December 3, 2025, at 3:00 pm, at the Target Store located at #1 Mifflin Street. David May frequent areas along Kensington Ave.
David is 54 years-of-age, 6’0″, medium build, 150 lbs., gray hair, and full beard and mustache.
