Ryan, when you start the rental business theres a app called record 360 that allows you to keep track of videoing the equipment before and after it goes on rent to keep track of customer damage.
I think you should also rent out a trailer too, like one that is able to haul around your rentable equipment

Spray the rust with "Rust check" or "Crown" rust inhibitor… Will help the rust from getting worse before you get a chance to sandblast and paint.

The way it works is that the city/township can't take any action until someone puts in an official report. This is to avoid abuse of power. So someone had to put in an official report and reported you.
You have to watch how much you drink of the prime though. It doesn’t have like any sugar or calories but they put a lot of sucralose in it in place of the sugar. It’s an artificial sweetener. I used to drink water with cirkul and the cartridges have a lot of sucralose in them and it was giving me really bad acid reflux and I’m 23.

You can use a needle descaler to remove flakes, if it doesn't come off you can prep and paint over it. Won't be smooth though
