I bought this Super Cheap, Supercharged ZL1 at auction that was hiding several thousand worth of power mods. This car was listed with a “Bad Clutch,” and even though I had a problem getting it into gear at first, it was something so easy to fix, it basically cost us nothing!

  1. Previous owner did all that work to the car and kept the supercharger pulley stock? Seems kinda weird. He definitely replaced the lower, but why not the upper…its the easiest mod to do on these lsa's.

  2. i found a 2017 2SS with 31k miles. ok body damage that hit am elk and didnt trip the airbags and sensors. the owner didnt want it and went thru an action. i will have less than 20k once finished and next will be going to a dot to have it inspected for road safety. then i can put insurance on and be able to drive.

  3. You’d be surprised how lucky you can get, I got an Altima coupe for 1.6k that had “electrical issues” they installed an aftermarket radio that eventually drained their battery and blew some fuses since it wasn’t wired right. Bought the car, changed all blown fuses since the AC “didn’t work” and the battery wasn’t holding a charge. New fuses and a new alternator and I’ve already put around 600 miles within this week. The car runs great and honestly got blessed with the opportunity to purchase it.

  4. Crying about fixing a clutch that listed as having a bad clutch. Crying about buying a ZL1 for 20k. "Fix it the correct way, not the cheapest way to scam a buyer!" I would NEVER buy anything from this guy! Thumb down on this cheapskate ripoff artist.

  5. I personally would not gamble 20k on any 100k mile car outside of a diesel truck. Simply because, If it's beat on and not regularly maintained, there may be 20-40k miles of life left before major repairs are gonna be required. Diesels typically can go 250k, but super charged gas motors, nah. They can self destruct without mods, and ones with extra mods usually means they were abused. My 2 cents
