OPPO recently launched 2 new devices – the A9 2020 and the A5 2020 and in today’s video, I am going to unbox them both and share some of my initial thoughts and impressions.
The OPPO A9 2020 and the A5 2020 both have the same 6.5 inch LCD Display with a teardrop notch up top that holds the selfie shooter.
Internally, both the phones have the Snapdragon 665 SOC. When it comes to memory, we have 4/128 GB and 8/128 GB variants of the A9 2020. Both phones come with dedicated micro sd card slots.
When it comes to battery, we have a 5,000mAh unit, again in both the OPPO A9 2020 and the OPPO A5 2020..
Finally when it comes to the cameras both phones have quad camera setups. The A9 2020 has a 48MP primary camera that is coupled with an 8 MP ultrawide sensor and 2 other 2MP shooters that are used for portrait photography. On the A5 2020 the primary sensor is a 12MP snapper and the rest of the 3 cameras are the same.
The OPPO A9 2020 comes with a 16MP selfie snapper while the A5 2020 comes with an 8MP selfie shooter.
On the software front, we have Color OS 6 based on Android 9 Pie on both devices.
