No, the seat on the Supreme Court that Obama wanted to fill before the election wasn't elected by the people, that seat was elected by some stupid conservative administration that, in my mind, was illegitimately elected in the first place. Trump only won because of the Russian interference in the election, otherwise Clinton would have easily won.

The “conservative†appointed judges often disagree and dissent from one another while the “Leftist†judges ALWAYS stick together and NEVER rule against ANY liberal ideology regardless of what the constitution reflects. They often disregard the clear meaning of the constitution and act more like activists. How anyone on the Left can criticize the conservative judges before recognizing this is ridiculous. Lastly, it’s the Left that started politicizing the courts just like they’ve politicized the media, big tech, education, etc. it’s curious that most accusations from the Left are pure deflection but then again, the Left believes the ends justify the means because of course the Left is the virtuous ideology where dividing every one into groups and pitting them against each other is “virtuousâ€.

Josh Holmes you’ve ruined any credibility when you say Kavanaugh was basically justified in his outbursts as a SCOTUS nominee. His emotional outbursts and his rants about HRC and just nonsense. It was completely unprofessional and over kill for someone who claimed to be innocent. You can’t imagine?! How about you imagine being a teenage girl allegedly suffering a near rape and carrying that shame and burden your entire life. THEN you learn as an adult that Wham that attacker is going to be appointed to the highest court in the nation. Someone who had the courage to come forward because she was implored to do the right thing, just like Anita Hill.
Ultimately it’s always the female or the victim, who continues to suffer, who misses out on a normal chance at life due to the trauma they’ve suffered. Why even have a damn hearing and pretend like the public has a say I. The matters when clearly it’s always decided prior to such “hearings†anyways? The American judicial system is a sham operation decided upon by the wealthiest white men and controlled still today by the wealthiest white men.
I can’t wait for Kav to be impeached for 45 being an illegitimate president and for the dark money that paid off Kav’s debt in order for him to get this nomination. Your party has ultimately worked to destroy the immense trust America once held for Supreme Court. The one institution that most people regarded as trustworthy and held to the highest ethics.
Funny watching this a year and half after it was recorded; as Coney-Barrett was forced through abruptly to fill RBG’s seat. Every republican who said SCOTUS nominations weren’t allowed in the entire YEAR of an impending election and then they force one through a week prior to be of the most politically divisive times in our history?! Seems like there’s too much dark money in politics and the elected officials aren’t working on behalf of ALL Americans. This isn’t a mere baseball game where one team wins and the other loses, it’s our lives, it’s our country. I’m sick to death of this madness of this side vs that side when it’s honestly the 1% wealthiest people who co,platelet out of touch with anything remotely normal…and the peasant types (those of us who work, who don’t makes millions via family trusts handed down generation to generation, who don’t take corporate donations and corporate bribes or bribes from the enemy countries such as Russian oligarchs). This country has become a joke on the world wide stage. Neighbors arguing amongst each other while instead allowing the wealthiest psychopaths to control everything while also taking tax payer dollars for he salaries, pensions and healthcare.

I really wish these interviews were done around now. The extreme hypocrisy that has happened that now affects our supreme court, which is a check on the senate/house's power, is appalling. And these senators won their states easily this past election. A truly divided nation with illegitimacy growing.
